Declan Hegarty

Declan Hegarty is a public affairs professional with experience of working for a wide range of highly regulated sectors impacted by EU, national and local policy developments.

Declan has also previously worked in the Houses of the Oireachtas with a front- bench spokesperson and following this he worked with a global strategic communications agency.

Delcan helps clients to formulate and deliver strategies that enable them to successfully make their case to the right audience and shape public policy for their operations. He has a particular focus on healthcare and pharmaceuticals, energy, the built environment and transport. 

Declan holds a B.A in Psychology and a Diploma in Leadership and Change Management.
