Nick Miller

Nick Miller is a highly-experienced public affairs and strategic communications professional, with a successful track record over 20 years working at the highest levels of Government and politics in Ireland, and experience of the EU other international institutions.

 As the Government Press Secretary and Spokesperson for iar-Taoiseach Leo Varadkar, and special adviser on International Affairs, Nick provided policy, communications and political advice to Ministers and senior officials at the top level of Government. 

 Nick was responsible for Government communications throughout Brexit, ensuring that Ireland’s priorities were understood globally and Irish goals achieved. He also led Government communications for the Covid-19 pandemic in Ireland, helping to secure widespread public buy-in to pandemic measures.

 A former journalist who broke a number of national and international stories, his skills include international affairs, crisis management, messaging, reputation management, senior-level advice, campaigns, speechwriting, team leadership, media relations, and branding.
